Dr. Erica Shook is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who completed her undergraduate studies at University of Michigan and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2009, also from the University of Michigan. She went on to complete her general practice residency training at Hennepin County for 1 year, followed by the University of the Pacific and Highland Hospital for oral & maxillofacial surgery training in Oakland, California. Dr. Shook remained in California for 14 years doing hospital-based surgery, but was excited to return back home to her Michigan roots! Dr. Shook enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found on the sidelines of a soccer field cheering her kiddos on! When not in soccer mom mode, she also enjoys bike rides, nature hikes, making to-do lists, and the occasional game of lightning.
